I am passionate about helping people.

With over 25 year’s experience in health, fitness and social care, my interest in the healing arts came about when I was diagnosed with functional neurological disorder back in 2015.

Functional neurological disorder is a highly debilitating condition that creates extreme pain in the body and problems with limb function due to the central nervous system becoming over stressed.

I was often unable to walk and had to use a wheelchair for six months and then had relapses where I’d need to use crutches on and off for several years.

There is no cure for it yet so the doctors put me on a cocktail of pain killers and antidepressants which left me numb and drowsy but not any better.

The only way I could improve my life was to find out alternative ways to help myself. I discovered my own power through neuroplasticity (literal brain rewiring through the power of intention) and the self healing of functional medicine (dietary and lifestyle changes) and thus began my own personal healing journey.

This lead me into the healing arts, when I began my training with Christof Melchizedek one of the most powerful and well known healers on our beloved planet Earth.

I have been hailed a miracle worker by people who I have helped through my practice.
